 Moisture Matic Compensator SystemThe Moisture-Matic Compensator System (motorized poise) was developed to remove surface moisture as a factor in the weighing of aggregate. Block, especially lightweight and colored block, is very susceptible to variations in color, strength, texture and yield as the moisture content of the aggregates change. Producers must put enough cement into the mix for the "worst case" (ssd) moisture. This causes the block to appear whiter on wet days as the cement to aggregate ratio increases. The Moisture Matic Compensator attaches to the lever system of the beam box, dial scale or pull rod with loadcell and compensates for all the surface moisture sensed in real time. Any moisture on the material being weighed is automatically and instantly removed from the scale weight. This instant compensation causes the weigh system to act much like a volumetric hatcher. The whole process is totally automatic. Includes: compensator, probes, motor, weight, cable and instructions for one material.
