 Dial-A-Matic Hydra SlumpDeveloped in the early 1970’s the Dial-A-Matic Hydra-Slump has become the standard of the industry for automatic slump controls on the Ready Mix trucks. Thousands sold over the past 20 years have proven to save thousands of hours of unloading time by allowing the driver to arrive on the job with the specified slump thoroughly mixed. Mounted in the cab, the Dial-A-Matic Hydra-Slump allows the driver to leave the plant site immediately after being loaded. As the truck travels to the job the driver is constantly updated about the condition of the mix. With the setpoint set at the pressure reading which corresponds to the specified slump, the driver activates the timer which in turn allows water to enter the drum at 10 GPM. This addition of water causes the slump to rise until the specified slump is reached at which time the water shuts off. Your truck arrives at the job with the specified slump thoroughly mixed.
