 Electronic Dial-A-Matic Temperature Control SystemThe Electronic Dial-A-Matic Temperature Control is a unique upgrade of our time proven pneumatic model. The 8 foot long averaging probes installed vertically in two overhead bins giving a true average temperature of the aggregates in the next batch. This average is compared to the operator selected concrete request temperature. The resulting signal automatically sets the needed water temperature to produce the required concrete temperature. The temperature control then automatically sets a blending valve to produce the needed water. A down stream thermocouple then feeds back the produced water temperature to further adjust the blending valve. This system allows you to produce any temperature concrete within your heating capacity. This unique system allows you to heat your water as hot as possible and reduce energy costs as your hot water is only used as needed to heat the concrete. System includes: Dual Pid Controllers, 2-Averaging RTD Aggregate Probes, 1- Thermocouple and up to 100' of cable per device. Additional cable at $ .25/foot...............
